As an employer and thermoformer, safety has always been a top priority at T.O. Plastics. With processes and protocols in place, T.O. Plastics strives to keep its employees, customers, product users, and environment safe. Employees design, develop, and manufacture packaging primarily for medical devices and horticultural containers. Most recently they’ve shifted design and production resources to support the COVID-19 need for protective equipment. Clean rooms, International Organization of Standardization (ISO) and American Institute of Baking (AIB) certifications, plus responsible sourcing and recycling practices enable safe, quality packaging production while protecting the Earth.

Business is good when it’s good for Minnesotans like Jeff, a father, husband, and Senior Design Engineer. Jeff proudly works for Minnesota’s T.O. Plastics and he designed a face shield that enabled himself and 600,000 other Americans and Canadians to work safely during the COVID-19 pandemic. His design offers so much more than personal health protection; safely employed people remain able to support their family’s health and wellness, while sustaining their economic contributions during this time when it is greatly needed. Jeff’s product design benefits those across the U.S. and beyond, but it was made in Minnesota.
